Due to the overprice graphic card on GTX 1070 8GB, The price of 1070 enough for me to buy a ZOTAC 1080 mini, so I give it a try.

Below are the result of it.

ZOTAC GTX 1080 MINI

Below is the price after convert to USD.
At this point 1 BTC = USD 2530

Although GTX 1080 MINI doesn't perform well in mining in DaggerHashimoto algorithm (ETH), but it is still able to use LBRY to earn profit as usual.

Is XForex a scam?

Yesterday, my friend when into my room and saw a bunch of notes stick on the wall.

Wall of Forex Notes

Below is the dialogue after he saw the wall of Forex notes:

Friend: Wow... Rambo are you playing Forex?
Me: Yes...
Friend: How was it?
Me: What do you mean by that?
Friend: Did you gain any profit yet?
Me: No... instead, I am losing quite alot of money.
Friend: ....
Me: Why you asked? Are you interested on it too?
Friend: Yea.. recently I registered myself in XForex, Then they keep calling me every 2 days asking me to deposit money and join their member. I was thinking it may be a scam, as they keep on asking me for money, what do you think ?
Me: (Laughing in my heart, like this... HAHAHAHAHA) Man.. I am their member.

Probably most of the people who ask this question had lack of knowledge about what is Forex, and they are trying to move their first step into Forex market.
I can give you a quick tips on how to choose a Forex broker, yea right, XForex is a broker, and what do broker do? Their earn from every transaction you made while buy/sell your currencies pair.

If you want more details about choosing a broker, visit this website

If you are lazy to read a long story about it, well I can give you a brief explanation here:
  1. Security
You need to know whether the broker you are about to register in, is a valid or certified or authorize or whatever you call it, you got the point. You need to visit some of these website below base on which country the broker is at, and do some checking whether they are regulatory bodies below:
    • United States: National Futures Association (NFA) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)
    • United Kingdom: Financial Services Authority (FSA)
    • Australia: Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC)
    • Switzerland: Swiss Federal Banking Commission (SFBC)
    • Germany: Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFIN)
    • France: Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF)
  2. Transaction Cost
How much they charge for each transaction? Every transaction you make, you have you pay by a spread, this will come in handy in the future, if the spread cost is high, you are not able to jump into short run, you just can't profit much if they are charging you 5 pips for each transaction and you are planning to profit only 10 pips.
  3. Deposit or Withdrawal
Make sure it is easy for you to deposit or withdraw your money. A good broker should have that. They are holding your money to ease you on trading, there is no reason on giving you a hard time on withdrawing your money. The process should be smooth and speedy.
There is about it. If you have any question, feel free to comment below. Hopefully I can share some of my trade in the future with you.
PS: If I didn't lose all of my money. :)

Oh ya, XForex is giving me a hard time I need to pay 5 pips per transaction, this is alot ! Or maybe not... Let me know what broker you think is the best too.
