Although GTX 1080 MINI doesn't perform well in mining in DaggerHashimoto algorithm (ETH), but it is still able to use LBRY to earn profit as usual.

What kind of software developer I want to be?

I have been working for 4 years as a software developer, I have been switching between different types of companies in my career. So, what now?

What is my initial dream?

My first job after my study of degree, I ended up in a company that I didn't expected at all. E-Genting.
I didn't though of anything related to my future development. At that point, I'm still happy on what I doing. Hey, I love programming! As far as I concern, I have no regret on working on that company, as a fresh graduate, they gave me everything I need to enter this world of IT.

What makes me progress to new stage?

At some point, after a year of working at a long distance travel to office (it takes me average 3 hours per day to travel to work). I gave myself some time to think about a few questions below:
  1. What I have achieve this year?
  2. What can I achieve from here?
  3. What motivate me to move on?
Well, I am not going to tell the answers of the questions above.
In fact, I just made those questions up when I am starting to write this post, but the idea was there. =)

Programming knowledge grow in my career!

Image above tells everything about career programming knowledge development.
Those are the basic knowledge I need to make a living and to make somebody to hire me as a developer.

Personal knowledge grow on programming skills?

Glad that you asked!
Along my career path, I learn a lot of new technologies. From there, after I get familiarize of one single programming language, picking up the other languages is very easy. But mastering it, is another question.

Can passion help me to gain money?

Money... It is one of the important reason that I decide to change job. I want to live a better life. In that sense, let me have my own house without the two housemates opposite my room.
Does my job get me what I wanted? Nope, it is not.

So, what now?

What kind of software developer am I? I don't know! That's why I wrote this blog post.
But one thing I do know, I am currently in the stage of fighting out of my career path, not climbing up in my company, but finding ways to have my own business to run at home. What could be better than working at home? Anyone mind to share with me some of their personal story?
